ABOUT ME 

 I make jewelry in addition to day job, which is a completely different job than making jewelry. I also like my day job so they work great together. In these times when leisure plans have had to be trimmed and stress level is higher, it is a good idea to have a happy hobby. 

I am inspired by happiness, beauty, love, Finnish nature and mystical things.  

I have mainly studied pottery on my own and I am constantly learning more by doing and experimenting. My initial interest in making jewelry came from my sister, who has attended pottery courses and also enjoys pottery. We share ideas with each other. 

I work in a small workshop located in Finland in an area surrounded by forests and lakes. Making pottery makes me happy and is always exciting when you see a finished piece of jewelry. You never know for sure how glazing will work and usually the end result is a wonderful surprise.
